On behalf of the Parents’ Council, THANK YOU for your interest in Classical Christian Academy (CCA). It is the commitment of Classical Christian Academy to engage in a partnership with parents in providing an exceptional education firmly rooted in Biblical truth.
At Classical Christian Academy, parental participation is essential to achieving our goals. The Parent Council exists to provide opportunities for parental involvement, to facilitate communication, and to support the families, faculty and staff in fulfilling the mission and goals of CCA.
As parents it is a great privilege and responsibility to raise our children to be respectable citizens, to grow them in the nurture and understanding of the Lord, and to cultivate in each a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. By design, the culture of CCA is to support parents in this calling, and not to supplant them in their role as teacher. CCA is a tool for parents, and the success of our programs relies heavily on the solid partnership between parents, teachers, staff, and administration.
CCA eagerly welcomes parental involvement in nearly every aspect of the school. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the activities of the Parent Council and discover where you can best partner with CCA in the training up of not only your child but all the children enrolled in Classical Christian Academy.
The CCA Parent Council sustains five main goals:
- Promote the vision of Classical Christian Academy
- Assist faculty, staff, and administration of the school
- Foster an atmosphere of community among students, families, faculty, and staff
- Service the practical needs of the school and the host church
- Communicate to the CCA community and the community at large about on-going events, activities, and accomplishments
